  curl crashed with SIGSEGV in elf_machine_rela()

Bug description:
  Apport is reporting this in conjunction with 1761203

  Had system monitor running and did an apt update, apt upgrade.
  A popup said I lost internet, but confirmed I could still ping google.
  Then apport popup.
