Ok seems that Fedora 35 also got a problem.
After creating the user and "Start Using Fedora" the system does not show "Activities" and the top navbar clock. I only can navigate to network, audio and power controls.
Mouse does work. Keyboard-Shortcuts don't work.

At Windows 10 there was all fine.

  RAM: 64 GB ECCC UDIMM DDR4 (2x 32GB)
  Mainboard: Gigabyte X570 UD
  Installation drive: Crucial P5 Plus - NVME M.2 SSD (1TB)

  Ubuntu installation crashes at installation step "creating user".
  Partition tables was configured right.

  EFI partition with 103000 MiB for ubuntu system (Selected as installation path)
  The other free storage was mounted as root / partition).

  Error finding in log:
  XDG_RUNTIME_DIR (/run/user/999) is not owned by us (uid 0), but by uid 999! (This could e.g. happen if you try to connect to a non-root PulseAudio as a root user, over the native protocol. Don't do that.)
