[Bug 1964154] Re: Fails to build on ppc64el due custom compiler flags

This package is already in the list of packages that have lto disabled,
but the lto1 command is still being invoked and somehow getting confused
with respect to options that are not being passed in by the open3d build
system.  Opening a task on gcc-11 because this appears to be a compiler
bug.
