  Please merge u-boot 2022.01+dfsg-2 from Debian unstable.

  Updated changelog and diff against Debian unstable to be attached
  below.

  = FFe Justification =

  This version of u-boot upstreams the (considerable) delta for RISC-V
  support. This merge also fixes an issue with the prior merge
  (2021.07+dfsg-0ubuntu1) in which the nitrogen6q2g target was
  mistakenly dropped.
