Public bug reported:

python3.10 3.10.2-5ubuntu1 enables PIE support in python by removing the
previous override from debian/rules. This is being uploaded to the
archive on the presumption that it will be releaseable and to give it
time for autopkgtests to run, but will not be released until some
additional benchmarking can be run to confirm performance.

** Affects: python3.10 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
