Bug description:
  Post installation script fails, resulting broken packages and and
  unusable system The post installation script looks for some file and
  fails. Here's the error message from the command-line:

  
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   /var/cache/apt/archives/
  kdebase-runtime-data_4%3a4.6.5-0ubuntu1_all.deb
  Error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.PermissionsInvalid: The permission of the setuid helper is not correct
  E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
