ARM images should support ttyAMA too

Bug description:
ARM images should support ttyAMA0 too

It is more common for i.e. arm virtual machines to have tty on ttyAMA0
rather than on ttyS0 or hvc0, thus we should support ttyAMA0 by
default in cloud images for ARM.
