@Steve: Looks like we need your help to fix this.

Occitan was added to localechooser in 2.89ubuntu1 through the merge from
Debian. However, that was after the old way to have ubiquity import the
languagelist was broken, so it's still not in ubiquity.

The loose end in connection with bug #1943768, i.e. the two ubiquity
merge proposals linked to that bug, is related. You rejected my MP to
update the localechooser subtree from 2.89ubuntu3, while your own MP has
not yet been merged.

So any update of the languagelist is currently blocked, so to speak.
Please unblock it somehow.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  the Occitan locale is not in the list of the installer whereas the translation are done.
  It's been changed for Mint here:
  https://github.com/linuxmint/ubiquity/pull/45/files

  I suppose the same change can apply to Ubuntu itself.
