Title:
  libpsl5 symlink error

Status in libpsl package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
After recent update the symlink `/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpsl.so.5 ->
''` would point to nowhere, which caused service to crash. Such as
NetworkManager. Manually recreated symlink, which solved it.
