Bug description:
  mkvtoolnix is currently FTBFSing on impish because of LTO:

  I tested it locally and can confirm that disabling LTO makes the
  package build fine again.

  I am creating this bug to document the addition of the package to the
  lto-disabled-list (arch any).

  As far as I have checked, there is no upstream bug reported about this
  yet.
