Bug description:
  I'm not aware of any ABI breakages, but I bumped the shlibs min
  version anyway.

  Please triple check
  +	dh_makeshlibs -a -V "libssl1.0.0 (>= 1.0.2h)" --add-udeb="libcrypto1.0.0-udeb" -Xengines
