[Bug 1973032] [NEW] Can't report a bug anymore

Hi guy's!

I got some GPU lock-ups or freezes today an last weekend and want to
report it (x-org). But every time I go through ubuntu-bug it says at the
end, that the bug can't be reported because it isn't a official release
and I have to uninstall all 3rd party packages first.

I have no idea what's wrong. I'm using Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS with Kernel
5.4.0-97-generic and the latest Nvidia 510.60.02 GPU driver.

If you need some more informations please tell me.
