[Bug 1973353] [NEW] Unresponsive UI if choosing "go back"

What I did:

* Select "Go back" after selecting the install target
* Try to open "Advanced Features" dialogue
* Notice that the interface is now unresponsive. Gnome Shell has also stopped responding to click events, "Restart" does not work
