Bug description:
  On ThinkPad, when I select 'Portuguese(Brazil)', it will use
  'Portuguese(Brazil)' on second column, but the default value should be
  'Portuguese(Brazil)-Portuguese(Brazil, IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad)'.
