Public bug reported:

Please sync libobject-id-perl 0.1.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
   - Suggest libossp-uuid-perl instead of recommending it (universe).

The Ubuntu delta seems to be to change a recommended package to a suggested one instead since this was in Main and the other package was in Universe. Now that libobject-id-perl itself has been demoted to Universe, I don't see if there's any other reasons to keep the delta.

Changelog entries since current lunar version 0.1.2-2.1ubuntu1:

libobject-id-perl (0.1.2-3) unstable; urgency=medium
