upgrade. This will collect relevant logs and attach them to this bug

Bug description:
  How to upgrade UBUNTU 18.04 LTS to 22.04 LTS
  Andrew Woodhead666 says: "First upgrade to 20.04 then to 22.04"
  But I can't upgrade to 20.04 the same what ever I try.
  So now I think of installing UBUNTU 22.04 LTS from shratch.
