Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

  The LicheeRV is supported by the linux-allwinner package in Jammy. The
  board does not have an Ethernet port but provides WiFi. We should
  provide the WiFi driver in Jammy too.

  [ Test Plan ]

  Install Ubuntu Jammy on the board. Install the licheerv-rtl8723ds-dkms
  package. Building will take about a power.

  Check that the local WiFi can be reached. See instructions in
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RISC-V/LicheeRV.

  [ Where problems could occur ]

  The package is new. So the SRU will not create any impact if the
  package is not voluntarily installed.

  A kernel driver could lead to malfunctioning of the board.
