Public bug reported:

Hi,
My directories like Documents, Picture, Music, Video, and Downloads do not work at all, when I click on them I have the following message: "unable to find requested file. Please check the spelling and try again"

This bug prevents me to upgrade.

Also, when I try to upgrade it tells me " please use tool "ppa-purge"
from the ppa -purge package to remove the software from launchpad PPA
and try to upgrade again.
