This bug report shows that you were doing a release upgrade from 20.04
to 22.04 on a system which has a separate /boot partition, 461MiB in
size with 81MiB free space; and the system ran out of room while trying
to write out the initramfs for the new kernel.

461MiB is unfortunately on the small size now for /boot partitions given
the size of recent kernels / initramfses.

Were you using update-manager (the recommended interface, on desktop
systems) to do the upgrade?  It includes checks to ensure /boot is large
enough before committing to the upgrade, so we would want to know if
those checks were inadequate here.
