FTR I would have liked to see this uploaded quite a bit sooner than it
was.  There is a perl security update in progress (which the release
team didn't know about in advance) so there are going to be long
autopkgtest queues that glibc will be contending with.  glibc uploads
take a while to get through the system, so the farther from release date
this could have been uploaded, the better.
