I ran into this bug using the Oracle ESQL precompiler proc, version
21.7.
I used the options
parse=partial code=ansi_c
You will need the basic client package on
https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/instant-
client/linux-x86-64-downloads.html and the then follow the Precompiler
Downloads link (last under 21.7). They don't have DEB packages, so you
will have to use ZIP.

On line 184 in/usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/sys/socket.h it says
# defien sendmsg __sendmsg64
which obviously should read "define" instead.
