Reproduced on kinetic daily image with autoinstall.  Related to running
ubuntu-drivers.  For unclear reasons I haven't seen this happen outside
of autoinstall (timing?)

Bug description:
  If the apt overlay fails to umount, which is a non-fatal error,
  Subiquity will also fail to remove the directory the overlay is
  mounted at, which is a fatal error.
