I've booted the current kinetic candidate image, 20221018, and booted it
using the default 'Try or Install Ubuntu' option.  At the splash screen
(ubiquity-dm), there is a line stating 'You may wish to read the release
notes', with 'release notes' a clickable link as expected.  Clicking on
the link loads firefox which brings up a tab showing the kinetic release
notes discourse page.
