As I was testing in Qemu and with safe graphics, I was only able to see
about one quarter of the whole screen, so I dragged it to that quarter
and expected it would stick there throughout the installation.
Of course that could be adjusted by zooming out.
A window that repositions itself is never a real blocker — at most an
annoyance —, but this being Ubuntu's installer, a.k.a. the first
impression for new users, I believe it has to be nitpicky about
reliability and consistency.

I'm testing on safe graphics, but probably this is not specific to it.
Reposition the Ubiquity window, then click "Install Ubuntu".
Expected: Keyboard layout page comes up, window stays in place.
Observed: Keyboard layout page comes up, window repositions to the
center of the screen.
