[Bug 1994072] [NEW] preinstalled Nezha D1 22.04.1 image stops serial console output in the middle of boot sequence

server-riscv64+nezha.img.xz installed on Nezha D1 (1GB RAM) produces the
usual console output, but when it comes to launching the kernel, the
serial console goes does not output anything for one or two minutes
until halfway through userspace initialization. Please see the attached
boot log.
On small boards like this one it is customary to direct all boot message
to the serial console, please consider making this the default.
