  Old start4.elf/fixup4.dat in 22.04 - nvme boot fail

Bug description:
  Hello,

  On ubuntu 22.04, when booting from a NVME SSD, the initramfs loaded with the initramfs directive in the config.txt is getting corrupted. The kernel issue the following error:
  Initramfs unpacking failed: junk within compressed archive

  The bug reports on raspberry side:

  The bug has been resolved with new start4.elf/fixup4.dat files (see
  https://github.com/raspberrypi/firmware/issues/1731#issuecomment-1190448865)
