By itself, those messages about apparmor DENIED and the snap tracking
status should be harmless.

I do note that your log still shows the problem getting ubuntu-minimal
like mentioned in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-
release-upgrader/+bug/1993924/comments/5 - some sort of network problem
is still possible.

It would be best to not open new bugs for an existing upgrade problem,
so if you still suspect a bug in the upgrade please list that on
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-
upgrader/+bug/1993924 - Thanks!
