[Bug 1995062] [NEW] Fails on RISCV when sv57 is enabled

RISC-V introduced SV57 (57bit physical addresses) which breaks the
pointer tagging mechanism of Go, we need the following patch to fix

Note that at the moment, the kernel disables sv57 to work around this
issue.
