During upgrade from LTS 20 to LTS 22 I got "das Paket >usrmerge< könnte sich in einem nicht funktionafähigen Zustand befinden" (the package may be in a non-functional state).
When rebooting my Lenovo W510 system gets stuck at "Finished Record Runlevel Change in UTMP"
Thus my system is not operational any more.
