My server has this rare intermittent error - 
networkd-dispatcher[781]: WARNING:Unknown index 56 seen, reloading interface list
systemd-udevd[455717]: ethtool: autonegotiation is unset or enabled, the speed and duplex are not writable.

This causes failure of network for some time. I'm using kubernetes so my
probes start failing and pods get killed.

Ideally this error should not be coming.

What is the root cause of this problem?
