[Bug 1989145] [NEW] system doesn't upgrade to 22.04. I

Public bug reported:

When i send command sudo do-release-upgrade it begin process but then
stop and displays information about some unsupported packages and offers
to use ppa-purge to remove records.

I remove all external records from /etc/apt/source.list.d put it doesn't
help me.
