While you have removed some PPA sources, it looks like you still have

You will need to remove any packages that were installed from that PPA.
In this case the easiest way to do that might be to re-enable the PPA,
and then use the ppa-purge tool:

$ ppa-purge ppa:pipewire-debian/pipewire-upstream

Please do that, and then try the upgrade again.
