This does look like it's caused by packages from the pipewire-
debian/pipewire-upstream PPA:
Installing libpipewire-0.3-0 as Depends of gnome-remote-desktop
libpipewire-0.3-0:amd64 Depends on libspa-0.2-modules:amd64 < 0.3.58-1~ubuntu20.04 @ii mK > (= 0.3.48-1ubuntu1) can't be satisfied!
I am not sure which ppa-purge commands you have tried, so please try
this:
$ ppa-purge -s ppa.launchpad.net -o pipewire-debian -p pipewire-upstream
If that doesn't work, it might be easier to re-enable the PPA, and then
run ppa-purge again.
After that, please try the upgrade again.
