Title:
  Unable to determine upgrade 20.04 -> 22.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After cleaning PPAs, trying my best to remove any alternative versions of packages, upgrading all packages etc. I'm still unable to upgrade to 22.04 from 20.04.
  I'm not sure how to interpret information in the apt.log file - the broken packages all seem to be coming from the official focal, focal-updates etc. (checked most of them using apt-cache).
  I would appreciate any help.
