Initial support for building Ubuntu Server live ISO images is ready for
review; images boot to GRUB and start the kernel (albeit SD/USB is
currently broken in the kernels in jammy)

Bug description:
  Hi,

  This bug is to track changes needed to be able to build jammy images
  for arm64 hardware based on NVIDIA Tegra SoCs.
