Thanks for the report.

So while it is unfortunate that this has regressed, all the energy for
OEM for 24.04 is going into the New Desktop Installer.  I recommend that
we leave this alone.

Bug description:
  While doing the OEM ISO test, I noticed that the "Prepare for shipping
  to end users" shortcut was not on the desktop. It is still present in
  the Applications list in the Activities Overview.

  This is a regression compared to Ubuntu 22.10, where the file is named
  /home/oem/Desktop/oem-config-prepare-gtk.desktop
