@Shengjing Zhu: Can you confirm that it's only in snap applications you
see UMing instead of Noto? Btw, is it limited to Snap Store, or is the
FF snap affected as well?

Also: Is Noto used as expected
- when browsing web sites with Chinese contents
- in the desktop itself, e.g. Settings
