'software-properties' is definitely not the correct package to report
your problem against. With no information about your hardware it is
unlikely your bug report will be of any use to those that can fix your
problem without you providing further information.

I'm reassigning this bug report to the pipewire and pulseaudio packages
will will bring your issue to the attention of Ubuntu's Desktop Team.

Please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically
gather debugging information, in a terminal:
