[Bug 2018185] [NEW] Install doesn't allow install location

Public bug reported:

"Install now" option on install decides where to install, without
information.

Choosing "something else" enabled me to select the right drive, format a
partition, or at least choose that as an option. And click "install
now". But this then takes me back to the previous screen.

I then selected install now, on the basis that it may install in the
correct place, and I can try again if not. At this point it crashed.

I have also had a problem previously, with different behaviour. Clicking
install now takes me to a screen where I can select an install drive,
but with only one drive showing. Which is not the correct one.

Another attempt saw me on the install now/deleted existing/something
else option page. These are selectible, but the continue button is
greyed out, so I had to go back to the previous screen.
