  JDK/JRE 11.0.12+7 debian package has been released for AMD64:
  https://packages.ubuntu.com/impish/amd64/openjdk-11-jre-headless/download
  but not for ARM64:
  https://packages.ubuntu.com/impish/arm64/openjdk-11-jre-headless/download

  What is the main reason for this discrepancy and are there any
  timelines for releasing the ARM64 distribution?
