Bug description:
  Exec=cautious-launcher %f /usr/bin/java -jar

  This is not launching jars correctly.

  Says "/usr/bin/java -jar hellofx.jar: '%f' is not executable.
  Aborting." even though the jar can be run manually with 'java -jar
  hellofx.jar'
