Public bug reported:
After updating to Kernel 6.2 a few days ago, my system has been unable
to shut down or reboot properly. During the process, it gets stuck at a
black screen displaying the Dell and Ubuntu logos. The only way to
successfully shut down the system is to hold the power button for 5
seconds.
