Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
review all reported bugs in a timely manner.
Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) reached end-of-standard-support on April 25, 2019.
A six year old bug report against an Ubuntu release that has been out of
support for over four years and was never confirmed by another use is
probably of little use now due to the many changes that have been made
in later releases of the installer.
