please report this bug against the "update-manager" package and include
the following error message: W:Target Sources (main/source/Sources) is
configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/somerville-dla-
team-ubuntu-ppa-bionic.list:2 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/somerville-
dla-team-ubuntu-ppa-bionic.list:3, E:can not open
/var/lib/apt/lists/dell.archive.canonical.com_dists_focal_InRelease -
fopen (13: Permission denied), E:The package lists or status file could
not be parsed or opened.
