As said before on other bug, if /boot is on btrfs, we can't record
successful boot, so the timeout is not 0, but will always be 30s, or
whatever GRUB_RECORDFAIL_TIMEOUT is set to.
Because otherwise you need to press shift or esc in exactly the right
moment, and a 0s timeout to wait for you to press the key is making that
very hard-
