Public bug reported:

I noticed via https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/component-
mismatches-proposed.html that rust-doc wants to pull fonts-nanum into
main.

While promoting a font isn't an issue wrt supportability, we already
have Korean glyph coverage in the default system fonts
(https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/let-selection-of-default-fonts-be-based-
on-noto/36923 !) and should not have to pull in separate fonts just for
one specific doc package.

References to Nanum should be dropped from the CSS as we ship it.

** Affects: rustc (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
