Title:
openjdk-17.0.9-2 early access fails to build due to incorrect jtreg
  version

Status in jtreg6 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in openjdk-17 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Jtreg version number in Debian/Ubuntu packaging differs from upstream.
Upstream version string is: jtreg V.V+Build
Debian Ubuntu version string is: jtreg version V.V <Milestone> Build.

This causes failure to parse version in the openjdk configure[1]
