[Bug 2033119] [NEW] Wireless mouse stops working in battery mode

Public bug reported:

Wireless bluetooth mouse stops working after a few seconds of inactivity.
The bug isn't present when power cable is connected.

Note: I modified the tlp.conf file to bypass this issue and still no
luck.
