The bug description shows that you don't have ubiquity installed.
UbiquitySyslog.txt shows you are using the new installer so moving to that project.

** Package changed: ubiquity (Ubuntu) => ubuntu-desktop-installer

Title:
  In "Connect to a network", UI allows stealing focus from one network
  to another

Status in ubuntu-desktop-installer:
  New

Bug description:
  I selected a network to connect to, and connecting to it took a while.
  While the ubuntu logo was spinning (nice!) I was able to click on any other network in the list, and the UI allowed stealing focus from the network it attempted to connect to.
  This is a bit confusing because while connecting to network X the focus can be on network Y.
