./live-build/ubuntu/hooks/020-canary-live.chroot_early adds i386 as a
foreign architecture.

But only to the live environment!

Bug description:
  An amd64 install of mantic does not get i386 enabled as a foreign-
  architecture in dpkg, but it's supposed to be.  This is the case in
  ubiquity (./d-i/source/apt-setup/generators/01setup).  It looks like
  this regressed with the move to the new installer due to oversight.
